The Robinson

Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings is transforming the historic Robinson Renaissance into The Robinson, a 12-story residential community in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Originally built in the 1920s, the building will offer residents the opportunity to live in a thoughtfully restored piece of Oklahoma history. Its classic architecture, strong structural foundation, and timeless character make it an ideal setting for modern urban living.

Positioned at Park and Robinson avenues, The Robinson will place residents steps from work, entertainment, and dining—while also connecting them to the city’s extensive skybridge network.
