Britton Commerce Park

Britton Commerce Center will be 58 acres of industrial land, programmed as a Master Plan Industrial Park Development in far North OKC. The project includes development of six spec industrial buildings, including, for a total square footage of 560,000, including:

• 1 – 60,000 sq. ft. industrial building
• 4 – 80,000 sq. ft. industrial buildings
• 1 – 180,000 sq. ft. industrial building

Construction is currently underway, and tenants who have signed are new to market in Oklahoma City (from sectors including manufacturers, distribution, and fulfillment).

Targeted for competition in 2022.
